This position plays a key role in enhancing the overall Kubota dealer parts experience. You will partner closely with dealership parts and service personnel, deliver regional training seminars, and support the rollout of branded products including batteries, lubricants, workshop supplies, and additional offerings as introduced. About the Role
The Parts Sales Manager generates revenue by increasing parts sales, expanding dealer share of Kubota parts, and strengthening Kubota brand awareness. This role provides dealer education, merchandising guidance, and promotional support for Kubota‑branded products. It also leads annual regional dealer parts training seminars to improve dealer capabilities and enhance the overall Kubota parts experience.
