The Engineering Lead will oversee end-to-end vehicle and component engineering activities across various special and utility vehicle programs. This role involves providing technical governance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading multidisciplinary teams to meet performance and quality standards.
Candidates must have 8–10 years of experience in automotive engineering and a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline. A master's degree and proven experience in leading complex automotive development programs are highly desirable.
As part of the Mahindra Auto Division, the Engineering Lead will be responsible for leading end-to-end vehicle and component engineering activities across Special Vehicle Programs (SPV), New Utility (NU) Platforms, Vehicle Accessories Programs (VAP), and Accessories. This role will provide technical leadership across engineering disciplines, ensuring that products meet performance, safety, quality, cost, and regulatory requirements throughout the product development lifecycle.
