Overview
This role will Lead PepsiCo’s Supply Chain Integrated Supply Planning (ISP) service delivery teams (ISP) for the MCC site, supporting LATAM Supply Chain Leads locally with all ISP needs. This role is accountable for driving efficient and effective operations across HQ and field SC functions, ensuring end-to-end execution of LATAM ISP operations.
Once processes are established, the role will ensure compliance with quality, financial control, and SLA standards for SC work in the LATAM Salty and Foods business. In addition, the role will partner with GBS ecosystem teams to drive continuous process improvement, optimize SC services, and enhance KPIs, service levels, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure delivery of customer service levels while meeting inventory and productivity targets.
Lead LATAM teams to develop optimal sourcing plans, master production schedules, manufacturing optimization plans, and material/distribution plans to maximize service levels.
Oversee Salty and Foods production planning, from line scheduling at facilities to long-term planning (104 weeks), ensuring resource optimization, inventory efficiency, and productivity.
Guarantee end-to-end Foods Planning that guides operations and supply chain execution, balancing trade-offs across service, cost, DII, and WOFF.
Act as the main point of contact for local markets, working closely with Supply Chain Leaders to address urgent requests, unplanned scenarios, and business transformations to avoid disruption.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Demand, Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Marketing, R&D, Manufacturing, Distribution, and Maintenance) to eliminate bottlenecks and optimize performance.
Drive strategic and tactical sourcing decisions to support inventory optimization and customer fulfillment.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives, governance processes, and performance scorecards with key supply chain stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Performance & Indicators
Lead the design, implementation, and monitoring of Service Level, Production Efficiency, and Productivity indicators.
Develop action and contingency plans to address potential issues.
Production & Warehouse Collaboration
Create and lead agendas with Warehouse and Supply Managers to optimize production occupation strategies.
Align internal channel operations to maximize time, space, and capacity utilization, minimizing saturation and ensuring billing and customer service plans.
Manufacturing Collaboration
Demonstrate executive maturity to collaborate with Manufacturing Managers on strategies and parameters for efficient production line operations.
Ensure service-level targets and demand plans are fully executed to drive top-line growth.
Long-Term Planning
Lead the development and communication of tactical sourcing and long-term production plans.
Align production schedules with maintenance, cleaning, and downtime to optimize productivity.
Inventory & Strategic Planning
Collaborate with master planners to set objectives and inventory targets at SKU/mix center level.
Support inventory planning to ensure warehouse and transport operations respond effectively to demand fluctuations.
Contribute to cash flow and obsolete inventory reduction goals.
Tactical Sourcing
Develop and manage tactical sourcing plans to optimize inventory and enhance customer fulfillment at minimized cost.
Conduct scenario planning, resolve exceptions, and publish mid-term sourcing plans.
Demand & Supply Integration
Own the netted demand signal for downstream systems (MPS, RP), managing inputs, parameters, and exceptions.
Influence strategic network and sourcing decisions collaboratively across the organization.
Commercial Change Enablement
Review projects for feasibility and capacity, service, and cost impacts.
Support NPD launches and phase-in/phase-out changes by ensuring supply planning systems are prepared.
Communicate changes effectively to scheduling teams and supply planning channels.
Global & Local Partnerships
Partner with Global SC GBS Functional Leads to review SC GBS strategy, service delivery models, SLA definitions, and process transition roadmaps.
Collaborate with the MBS Site Leader to contribute to strategy, processes, and standards for SC service integration.
Leadership & Governance
Lead the Mexico Site SC GBS team, translating global strategy into operational plans and ensuring compliance.
Establish a fully operational SC shared service organization in MBS for ISP, maintaining project timelines and deliverables.
Identify and implement risk mitigation actions during transitions, ensuring proactive stakeholder communication.
Continuous Improvement
Ensure successful integration and transition of new SC services, meeting SLAs and KPIs.
Review efficiency of delivery processes and contribute to global policy development.
Drive process and capability synergies across sectors and SC Centers of Excellence.
Develop and maintain local business continuity plans.
Qualifications
20+ years of progressive broad experience in multiple SC functions
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or a similar field
Fluent in Spanish (and preferably second languages, English)
Previous experience in production planning (MPS, MRP, DRP).
Demonstrated ability to lead a large, cross-functional organization
Strong talent development capabilities
Propensity to learn PepsiCo software systems; Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications
