The Quality Technician ensures products and materials meet quality standards through incoming, in-process, and final inspections. They are responsible for documenting nonconformances and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
Requires a high school diploma and preferably 2+ years of quality inspection experience in electronics manufacturing. Proficiency with IPC standards, ISO 9001, and the ability to read engineering drawings is strongly preferred.

Position Summary
The Quality Technician (IQC/QA/QC) is responsible for ensuring products and materials meet established quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. This role performs incoming material inspections (IQC), in-process quality inspections (QA), and final product verification (QC) to ensure customer requirements, IPC standards, and company quality expectations are consistently achieved.
The ideal candidate has excellent attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement while supporting a culture of quality across the organization.
