What You Will Do:

Responsibilities

• Quản lý thanh toán và Ngân hàng
  • Thực hiện và đảm bảo quy trình thanh toán diễn ra nhanh chóng, an toàn và chính xác:
  ◦ Tiếp nhận và kiểm tra yêu cầu thanh toán từ các phòng ban.
  ◦ Đối chiếu chứng từ, hợp đồng và hóa đơn trước khi chi trả.
  ◦ Lập lệnh chuyển khoản, thực hiện thanh toán qua ngân hàng.
  ◦ Theo dõi tình trạng thanh toán và cập nhật vào hệ thống kế toán.
  • Cập nhật số dư ngân hàng định kỳ và hạch toán Thu – Chi các khoản mục ngân hàng kịp thời.
  • Phối hợp làm việc với ngân hàng để xử lý thanh toán, quản lý tài khoản và giải quyết các vấn đề phát sinh.
• Quản lý công nợ và Giao dịch nội bộ
  • Theo dõi và đối chiếu công nợ phải thu, phải trả định kỳ.
  • Lập hóa đơn bán hàng, hóa đơn điện tử, hóa đơn chi phí cho các công ty liên kết.
  • Đảm bảo thanh toán đúng hạn cho nhà cung cấp và các đơn vị nội bộ.
  • Thực hiện đối chiếu số liệu và lưu trữ hồ sơ chứng từ với các công ty nội bộ trong tập đoàn (Intercompany).
• Kế toán tổng hợp và báo cáo
  • Lập và theo dõi các bút toán trích trước kỳ, trong kỳ và cuối kỳ.
  • Đối chiếu sổ sách, kiểm tra tính hợp lệ của chứng từ kế toán và lưu trữ chứng từ trong phạm vi trách nhiệm.
  • Hỗ trợ lập báo cáo tài chính hàng tháng.
  • Làm việc với kiểm toán báo cáo tài chính hàng năm và kiểm toán nội bộ khi được yêu cầu.
  • Phối hợp giải trình số liệu kế toán với cơ quan Thuế và các cơ quan nhà nước.
• Tuân thủ thuế
  • Tính và lập báo cáo thuế giá trị gia tăng, thuế nhà thầu, đảm bảo nộp hồ sơ đầy đủ và đúng hạn.
  • Quản lý việc tuân thủ và báo cáo thuế thu nhập doanh nghiệp (TNDN), bao gồm tính thuế TNDN hàng tháng và theo dõi chi phí thuế hoãn lại.
  • Hỗ trợ việc kê khai và quyết toán thuế thu nhập doanh nghiệp, đảm bảo hồ sơ đầy đủ, chính xác và nộp đúng hạn.
• Tham gia dự án
  • Tham gia vào quá trình xây dựng và triển khai các dự án, hoạt động của bộ phận và tập toàn (SAP, v.v).
• Các nhiệm vụ khác theo sự phân công.

• Payment and Banking Management
  • Execute and ensure payment processes are accurate, secure, and timely:
  ◦ Receive and verify payment requests from departments.
  ◦ Review supporting documents, contracts, and invoices before processing payments.
  ◦ Prepare transfer orders and execute bank payments.
  ◦ Monitor payment status and update the accounting system.
  • Regularly update bank balances and record bank-related receipts and disbursements promptly.
  • Coordinate with banks for payment processing, account management, and issue resolution.
• Accounts Receivable/Payable and Intercompany Transactions
  • Monitor and reconcile accounts receivable and payable on a regular basis.
  • Issue sales invoices, electronic invoices, and cost allocation invoices for related companies.
  • Ensure timely payments to vendors and internal entities.
  • Perform data reconciliation and maintain documentation with intercompany partners within the group.
• General Accounting and Reporting
  • Prepare and monitor accrual entries during and at the end of the period.
  • Reconcile ledgers, verify the validity of accounting documents, and maintain proper filing.
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial reports.
  • Work with external auditors for annual financial audits and internal auditors as needed.
  • Coordinate with tax authorities and other government agencies for data clarification when required.
• Tax Compliance
  • Calculate and prepare VAT and contractor tax reports, ensuring timely and accurate submission.
  • Manage corporate income tax (CIT) compliance and reporting, including monthly CIT calculations and tracking deferred tax expenses.
  • Support corporate income tax filing and finalization, ensuring complete, timely and accurate documentation.
• Project participation
  • Participate in building and implementing accounting systems and group projects and activities.
• Other reasonable duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Tài chính, Kế toán
• Có hơn 01 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực liên quan.
• Trình độ tiếng Anh (CEFR) B2 hoặc tương đương
• Có kiến thức các chuẩn mực kế toán Việt Nam, luật thuế và luật doanh nghiệp Việt Nam cũng như luật quốc tế.
• Sử dụng thành thạo vi tính văn phòng và các phần mềm liên quan.
• Kỹ năng quản lí thời gian và đa nhiệm
• Khả năng liên kết cá nhân và giao tiếp tốt
• Chú ý đến chi tiết, tư duy logic và khả năng làm việc độc lập
• Khả năng làm việc dưới áp lực thời gian và áp lực công việc; cam kết hoàn thành công việc theo đúng thời hạn.
• Hiểu biết sâu sắc về dịch vụ khách hàng, bao gồm việc thực hiện các quy định về mức độ hài lòng của nhân viên.

• More than 1-year working experience in relevant field.
• English level (CEFR) B2 or equivalent.
• Have knowledge of Vietnam’s accounting standards, tax and business regulations, and international laws.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Time management and multi-tasks skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail, logical thinking, and ability to work independently.
• Ability to work under tight timeline, high pressure, and commitment to meet deadlines
• Demonstrated customer service insights, including the implementation of employee satisfaction charters.

Physical Demands
This role is performed in an office environment where a computer, telephone and other office equipment are used as needed to perform the duties of the role.
