The Production Technician is responsible for troubleshooting machinery to ensure continuous production and meeting output targets while minimizing scrap rates. They also monitor machine safety and productivity, train new operators, and support engineers with new item setups and trial runs.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and 3-4 years of experience in a similar position. Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge and the ability to work 8 or 12-hour shifts are required.
