The Production Team Member operates mixing and milling equipment to process batches and conducts quality control testing on finished goods. They are also responsible for filling products, maintaining safety standards, and performing general housekeeping of production equipment.
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and at least five years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the chemical industry. Proficiency in operating milling machines and forklift certification are strongly preferred.

Founded in 1923, Hentzen Coatings has grown from a small producer of industrial coatings into one of the largest and most successful independent paint companies in the United States.
