The Machine Operator is responsible for setting up and operating braiding and laser marking machines to process wire and cable according to production schedules. They must perform daily preventive maintenance, safety checks, and ensure all work conforms to quality management standards.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and basic computer skills, with some technical education preferred. The role requires the physical ability to lift 50-pound spools and the capacity to work overtime and weekends as needed.
