Faster Timelines
Whether it’s our design, or yours, our award-winning design department works hand-in-hand with our custom fabrication team. We’re able to analyze production costs, prepare schedules, and iron out details from the beginning of the design process. Outside of KRS, the industry standard is to rely on a baton-pass, which takes longer and often leads to cost surprises at the end of a design, taking projects back to the drawing board. By comparison, at KRS we collaborate from day one and prototype in-house, early, allowing us to adjust and improve as we go.
Management, From Concept to Completion
Because KRS can provide every function of the process on our clients’ behalf, we’re already managing all of the details internally. From brand standards and application to production and installation schedules, KRS coordinates every detail and is able to scale this function to meet each client’s individual needs. This means we can step in where needed, incorporate outside information where other vendors are employed, and administer all of the details, serving as an extension of the client and acting on our client’s behalf to whatever extent required.
On Budget, On Time, Beautiful, Functional, and Built to Last
At KRS, we’ve found it pays to think several steps ahead, so that’s our standard process. In the design stage, we’re already thinking about the cost of both build and install. A less expensive material may cost twice as much to install. When you understand the implications of every single detail, you’re able to guide a project to its best possible result.
