We are currently hiring for multiple production roles across various departments and shifts throughout the mill. These positions offer opportunities to work in a variety of areas within our hardwood plywood manufacturing process, including:
Putty
Dryer
Spreader
Cleanup
Banding
Press
Sander
Warehouse
Prefinish
We are looking for individuals who
Have good manual dexterity
Possess basic reading, writing, and math skills
Can lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
Are able to work 40 hours per week, with overtime as needed

QualificationsEssential Duties & Responsibilities
Observe and follow all safety rules and regulations at all times
Follow all Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures when required
Learn and perform a variety of positions across the production process
Read and interpret putty color charts, material grades, production lists, and load tickets
Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work area (housekeeping)
Support and participate in 5S and Kaizen continuous improvement initiatives
Work collaboratively to achieve Safety, Production, and Quality goals
Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor
Utilize basic computer skills as needed for job functions
