SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced commercial and technical leader to drive Jotun’s Shipping and Yards, Fabricators & Applicators (YFA) business across the MEIA region. This role combines regional strategy, key account development, sales leadership and capability building to strengthen Jotun’s market position and deliver sustainable, profitable growth in close coordination with country teams across different markets.

This position will be based in Dubai, UAE; and will report to the Regional Protective & Marine Sales Director.

Responsibilities

What we look for

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Engineering, Marine & Protective Coatings, or another relevant discipline.

• 10+ years of relevant commercial experience within Shipping, YFA, Marine and Protective Coatings, including regional or multi-country business exposure.

• Proven track record in developing strategic customer relationships and delivering sustainable business growth within complex commercial environments.
• Strong coaching, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence teams and customers across multiple markets.
