The Warehouse Lead serves as a subject matter expert who directs team members in picking, packing, and shipping customer orders accurately. They are responsible for monitoring safety compliance, performing inventory counts, and maintaining warehouse housekeeping standards.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and at least three years of related warehouse experience. A forklift certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire, and the ability to lift 50 pounds is required.
