The Press Operator is responsible for setting up and operating hydraulic presses, CNC lathes, and various cleaning equipment to produce forged and drawn components. They must ensure all parts meet strict quality specifications while maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and demonstrate mechanical aptitude with basic math skills. The role requires the ability to follow verbal and written instructions and meet physical demands such as standing for 10-hour shifts and lifting up to 50 lbs.

As a Press Operator, you will support the production of drawn and forged components by setting up and operating hydraulic presses, lathes, and related equipment. Your work helps ensure components meet strict specifications and quality standards, supporting reliable, mission-critical systems across our Space and Launch programs. This role is hands-on and central to delivering precision hardware that meets demanding operational and performance requirements.
