Candidates must speak Spanish fluently The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading all production activities on the assigned shift to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations. This position oversees staffing, line performance, productivity, quality, and GMP adherence while ensuring finished products meet all customer and regulatory specifications. The Supervisor serves as the key leader for coordinating cross-functional activities between QA, Maintenance, Sanitation, and Warehouse to support continuous improvement and operational excellence in a food manufacturing environment.
