The Quality Representative performs QC checks on incoming and outgoing materials to ensure shipping and receiving accuracy. They are responsible for identifying discrepancies, managing quality records in QT9, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.
A high school diploma or GED is required, along with 1-2 years of experience in Quality Control within a GMP facility. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various temperature-controlled warehouse zones.

Summary | The Quality Associate contributes to meeting Langham Logistics goals of exceptional Client service, quality, process improvement, and profitability by performing the following tasks:

Evaluation of performance | Performance will be evaluated based on meeting the requirements of the job description; meeting performance metrics and other quality indicators established for this position; working according to specifications, policies, and standards established by Langham Logistics; working effectively in a team environment; and providing a high level of internal and external Client service. The Quality Representative is expected to operate according to all safety and security guidelines. |
