The General Manager oversees all functions within a multi-client pharmaceutical-grade logistics facility, ensuring strict adherence to cGMP/GDP quality standards and operational efficiency. They are responsible for leading warehouse operations, cold-chain management, and personnel development while maintaining regulatory compliance and meeting client service-level expectations.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in a highly regulated supply chain environment, with at least 5 years specifically in pharmaceutical or life sciences. Proficiency in cGMP/GDP principles, regulatory audits, and P&L management is essential for this role.

Physical Demands and Work Environment: Ability to walk warehouse floors, including cold-chain storage areas (2–8°C and below). Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods. Combination of warehouse, cold-chain storage, and office environments. Exposure to temperature-controlled areas and powered industrial equipment.
