The Custodian is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly facility by performing routine cleaning, sanitizing, and waste removal tasks. They also assist with basic facility upkeep, equipment maintenance, and support for various operational teams.
Previous custodial or janitorial experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is preferred. Candidates must be comfortable working on their feet for extended periods and possess a strong commitment to safety and cleanliness standards.

The Custodian is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly facility to support daily manufacturing operations. This role ensures work areas, restrooms, offices, and common spaces meet Adalet’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and compliance. The Custodian plays a key part in creating a positive work environment by supporting facility upkeep, waste removal, and basic maintenance tasks.Following receipt of a conditional offer of employment, candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processes as permitted or required by applicable law.
