The operator is responsible for running automated production equipment, performing preliminary diagnostics, and ensuring machinery is set up correctly. They must monitor processes to maintain quality standards and input production data into the ERP system.
Candidates must have a High School diploma or GED and proficiency in English. Preferred candidates have 2 years of food production experience and a demonstrated ability to operate various operational roles like palletizers or ovens.
The Wire Cut Operator is capable of contributing to the production process including the operation of the automated production equipment in the area, preliminary diagnosis/identification of equipment issues, aiding with preventive maintenance and sanitation of the equipment.
Operators are expected to be competent to make production decisions concerning the pre-flight and operation of equipment. Operators must be flexible to rotate job assignments throughout production.
