As an ISO 9001 certified manufacturer, Thermal Care provides heat transfer equipment for over 50 industries and specializes in meeting the specific needs of our customers by offering both standard and custom designed industrial process cooling solutions. Some of the industries served include plastics, laser, heat treating, food processing, machine tool, plating, anodizing, chemical, die casting, optical coating, and printing.
The Aftermarket Account Manager is responsible for driving aftermarket sales growth through the development and management of preventive maintenance agreements, spare parts sales, and service solutions. This position focuses on building long-term customer relationships while coordinating service execution through both internal resources and independent service providers.
The successful candidate will take on a role that supports a nationwide aftermarket strategy, with a primary focus on direct factory service support within Illinois, Wisconsin, and Indiana. Service activities outside of this region will be executed through established partnerships with qualified independent service providers.
This position reports to the Director of Aftermarket Sales & Service and is located in Niles, Illinois.
