The Supervisor oversees 3rd shift warehouse operations, ensuring performance and accountability across receiving, picking, shipping, and quality. Key duties include managing a team of 10-40 employees, conducting shift meetings, and maintaining safety and housekeeping standards.
A Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering, or Business is preferred, or 3-5 years of supervisory experience. Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Office and have a strong understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain management.
The role of the Supervisor is to ensure the success of the operators and leads by driving performance and accountability through floor presence and offering positive and constructive feedback.
The ASM role includes overall accountability for the performance of his or her assigned shift and area. This includes responsibility for ensuring that processes are followed and daily objectives and tasks are met and completed, including Receiving, Picking, Shipping, Quality, and Cycle Counting.
This role will provide direction to 10-40 hourly employees.
