Culligan is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee our business operations at the store branches. The General Manager will be responsible for leading and managing daily operations to achieve business goals and maximize profitability. As General Manager, your duties also include guiding staff in your branch, setting performance objectives, evaluating, and optimizing operational performance, ensuring regulatory and company standards are upheld, and preparing operations and financial reports.
To be successful as a General Manager, you should be able to lead and manage people, ensure operations run smoothly, and achieve revenue targets. Ultimately, a top-notch General Manager should be able to demonstrate excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Target Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 salary a year with the opportunity for eligible employees to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company’s bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, geographic location, and business and organizational needs. Full-time positions are eligible for competitive benefits, including paid time off, health, dental, vision, life, disability benefits and 401(k).
