The Cooker Operator is responsible for operating an evaporator system and monitoring pumps and grinders to ensure quality assurance. Duties include documenting plant operations per GMP programs and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a preference for experience in manufacturing, industrial, or rendering facilities. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with the physical ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 25 lbs.
