Candidates must possess a Class 5 BC Driver's License and have previous leadership experience in a similar role. Proficiency with Property Management Systems (PMS) is also required to perform the duties of this position.

As the Assistant Guest Services Manager, you will lead and manage all aspects of the Guest Services department - including Valet, Bell Services, Shuttle Operations, Ski Valet, and Bike Valet - while fostering an engaged, high-performing team. By showcasing your leadership and interpersonal strengths, you will maximize operational efficiency, uphold the highest standards of service excellence, and ensure every guest interaction is transformed into a memorable experience.
Salary Range: $66,000 - $69,000 gross annually, depending on education and experience
