Responsible for all store operations during a shift, including cost, inventory, and cash controls. Ensures all policies and procedures are followed by the crew while maintaining high customer relations.

As a member of our management team, you are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and Customer relations. Once you enter into management you are quickly on your way to learning the skills necessary to be General Manager of a store. Lead Assistant Managers are eligible for performance based bonuses!
