Oversee all operational financial functions including accounting, payroll, and tax compliance while managing a team of approximately 17 people. Act as a strategic partner to the FP&A team to ensure the reliability of financial information and optimize internal processes.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and a CPA title, with 8 to 12 years of relevant experience. Must have significant team management experience and proficiency in accounting standards (IFRS or ASPE) and ERP systems.

🧭 Le rôle
Le ou la contrôleur(e) financier(ère) est responsable de l’ensemble des opérations financières de l’organisation et agit comme pilier de rigueur, de structure et de performance.
Vous assurez la supervision des activités de comptabilité, paie, comptes payables et recevables, fiscalité et conformité, tout en collaborant étroitement avec l’équipe FP&A pour soutenir la prise de décision.
