Voici ce que vous ferez avec nous :
👥 Encadrer, motiver et faire grandir l’équipe (8 à 10 personnes) en incarnant nos valeurs d’enthousiasme, d’écoute et d’exigence.
🔄 Assurer la continuité de la gestion du magasin en autonomie lorsque la Responsable est absente : plannings, organisation, gestion des priorités.
🧑🎓 Participer à l’intégration et à la montée en compétences de chaque membre de l’équipe, dans une logique de bienveillance et de performance.
🛍️ Garantir une expérience client exceptionnelle : accueil personnalisé, écoute active, fidélisation et satisfaction garantie.
📦 Organiser la vie du magasin : réception des livraisons, gestion des stocks, mise en rayon, zoning et réassort – tout en gardant un œil sur la fluidité et la propreté du point de vente.
🎨 Valoriser nos produits en appliquant les consignes de merchandising et en créant un univers attractif et cohérent avec l’identité Legami.
📊 Suivre les indicateurs de performance (CA, PM, IV, taux de transformation…) et contribuer activement à l’atteinte des objectifs.
🎯 Être force de proposition et acteur de l’amélioration continue dans un contexte de lancement de marque sur le marché français.
