Responsibilities:
Tax Managed Services’ is a vertical specializing in global tax and transfer pricing compliance and documentation services. Tax compliance team, in partnership with network firms globally, deals with managing direct tax, indirect tax and operational tax compliances; assisting with associated tax accounting; supporting tax controversy management; acting as tax technology partner to clients; amongst many other things.
Our Services to Clients include the following:
Tax compliance
End to end preparation and technical review of tax returns
Tax instalment payment calculations
Managing tax compliance calendars, workflow tools
Performing varied reconciliations
Tax accounting
Assistance with jurisdiction specific monthly, reporting period accounting/ provisions
Helping with return to provision reconciliations
Tax controversy management
Strategize response to audit questionnaires
Assist in drafting initial responses and discussing with Clients and
Tax technology
Acting as technology advisor for the Clients to help suggest solutions which bring in efficiencies and effectiveness
Indirect tax automation implementation for ERPs across the regions/ countries
Configuring third party Indirect tax tools/ engines across regions
Helping upgrades/ enhancements
Others
With technical expertise for multiple countries, we help Clients with various projects, either regulatory or transformation related
Overall project coordination and management
Perform financial data analysis
General
Undertakes target driving role
Leading client relationships
Undertaking across service lines marketing initiatives
