About the Role
As a Customer Success Manager at SpurIQ, you will serve as the strategic bridge between our enterprise B2B clients (IT Services, SaaS, and Global B2B firms across US, Europe, APAC, and UAE) and our internal execution teams (Data Research, Outbound Prospecting, RevOps, and Demand Gen).
You will own customer relationships end-to-end—ensuring campaigns hit targeted ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) metrics, lead-to-meeting conversion rates, and revenue impact while driving long-term customer retention and revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Account & Customer Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of global B2B clients (CEOs, CMOs, VPs of Sales, and Demand Gen Leaders).
Lead client onboarding, campaign kickoff calls, ICP definition, tone-of-voice alignment, and multi-channel strategy setup (Email, LinkedIn, Cold Outreach).
Conduct weekly operational updates and monthly/quarterly strategic business reviews (QBRs) presenting campaign ROI, pipeline generated, and closed-won impact.
2. Campaign Governance & Pipeline Optimization
Collaborate closely with GTM Engineers and RevOps teams to ensure campaign execution matches client KPIs.
Monitor campaign health continuously: response rates, lead quality, meeting booking rates, and target decision-maker engagement.
Proactively identify campaign bottlenecks (deliverability issues, target persona shifts, messaging fatigue) and implement swift strategic pivots.
3. Customer Retention & Account Expansion
Own client retention, contract renewals, and account health metrics.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities (e.g., expanding geographic outreach, adding RevOps services, or increasing account volumes).
Transform clients into brand advocates, securing case studies, testimonials, and referrals.
4. GTM & RevOps Consulting
Consult clients on aligning their internal sales teams with outbound pipeline engine to optimize meeting-to-close conversion rates.
Provide actionable market insights and competitive feedback gathered from prospect interactions back to the client’s leadership.
Experience: 3–6 years of experience in Client Success, B2B Account Management, or Project Management in a B2B Agency, Lead Generation, or RevOps firm.
Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of outbound B2B prospecting, cold email/LinkedIn sequencing, CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce), sales automation tools, and RevOps workflows.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills with experience interacting with C-suite stakeholders across different markets.
Analytical Skills: Data-driven mindset; ability to analyze campaign analytics, build performance reports, and extract actionable insights.
Problem-Solving: Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills with a focus on retaining and growing complex accounts.
Prior experience handling multi-geo B2B demand generation campaigns.
Familiarity with sales engagement tools (Apollo, Outreach, Lemlist, Sales Loft, Clay, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
Understanding of Tech SaaS, or Enterprise GTM models.
