About the Role
We are looking for professionals who have 2–4 years of experience in HR Operations and Administration within an IT or technology-focused organization and possess strong expertise in workplace management, employee lifecycle support, vendor management, employee engagement, and operational excellence.
This will clearly filter candidates from manufacturing, retail, hospitality, and other non-IT sectors while ensuring relevant IT-domain exposure.
Key Responsibilities
Workplace & Administration Excellence
Own and manage the day-to-day functioning of the office, ensuring a safe, efficient, and employee-friendly work environment.
Ensure all workplace facilities, infrastructure, housekeeping, security, and office services operate seamlessly.
Drive high standards of workplace experience and continuously identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
Manage office assets, inventory, consumables, and infrastructure requirements while ensuring optimal utilization and control.
Coordinate office maintenance activities and ensure timely resolution of facility-related concerns.
Vendor & Service Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, service providers, and external partners.
Manage procurement activities for office supplies, equipment, and services while ensuring cost efficiency and quality standards.
Monitor vendor performance, service levels, contract renewals, and payment coordination.
Identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising service quality.
Travel, Events & Employee Experience
Coordinate employee travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics as required.
Lead the execution of internal events, employee engagement initiatives, celebrations, town halls, and workplace activities.
Contribute to creating a positive and engaging workplace culture through well-planned employee-centric initiatives.
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management
Support seamless onboarding experiences by coordinating documentation, workstation readiness, system access, induction activities, and employee communication.
Manage offboarding processes, clearances, documentation, and asset recovery.
Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documentation remains accurate, organized, and compliant.
Act as a trusted point of contact for employees regarding day-to-day HR and workplace-related queries.
Attendance, Payroll Support & Compliance
Maintain accurate attendance, leave, and biometric records.
Coordinate payroll inputs and employee data updates with relevant stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to company policies, internal processes, and workplace compliance requirements.
Support audits, documentation reviews, and administrative compliance activities as required.
Reporting & Process Improvement
Generate and maintain HR and administrative reports, dashboards, and operational trackers.
Continuously evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, employee experience, and operational effectiveness.
Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and business teams to ensure smooth cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications & Experience
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline.
Preferred Background:
Experience in startups, IT services, staffing, consulting, or fast-growing organizations.
Prior exposure to managing offices with 50+ employees will be an advantage.
Experience
2–4 years of experience in HR Operations, Administration, Workplace Management, or Office Operations.
Demonstrated experience in facility management, vendor coordination, employee lifecycle support, and office administration.
Skills & Competencies
Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently manage responsibilities.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking capabilities.
High attention to detail and process orientation.
