The Operations Engineer will manage operational and capital projects while optimizing the performance of water gathering, transportation, and disposal systems. They are responsible for troubleshooting field issues, conducting hydraulic modeling, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum, Chemical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering with 3–7 years of relevant experience in oil and gas or midstream sectors. Proficiency in data analysis tools and familiarity with pipeline or SWD well operations are required.
WaterBridge is seeking a motivated and technically skilled Operations Engineer to support the safe and efficient operation of our water midstream infrastructure in the Permian Basin. The Operations Engineer will work closely with field operations, project engineering, and commercial teams to optimize system performance, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and support the growth of our network. This is a hands-on, field-engaged role ideal for an engineer who thrives in a fast-paced, field-intensive environment.
