Propósito de la posición:
Liderar la gestión ambiental de la fábrica, garantizando el cumplimiento de los requisitos legales, normativos y corporativos en materia ambiental, así como el cumplimiento de los indicadores de sostenibilidad, agua, residuos, energía y emisiones. Será responsable de impulsar la estrategia ambiental del sitio, asegurar la continuidad operativa frente a requerimientos regulatorios y promover una cultura de medio ambiente alineada a los estándares corporativos.

· Asegurar el cumplimiento de la legislación ambiental aplicable a nivel federal, estatal y local, garantizando la correcta gestión de permisos, requisitos regulatorios y obligaciones legales.
· Liderar la implementación y mantenimiento de los sistemas de gestión ambiental y estándares corporativos, incluyendo auditorías, certificaciones y planes de acción derivados de hallazgos o no conformidades.
· Gestionar los indicadores ambientales de la planta relacionados con consumo de agua, generación de residuos, energía y emisiones, impulsando proyectos de mejora continua y reducción de impacto ambiental.
· Coordinar la atención de auditorías, inspecciones y requerimientos de autoridades ambientales, así como la relación con organismos reguladores y entidades certificadoras.
· Brindar asesoría, capacitación y acompañamiento a las distintas áreas de la fábrica para fortalecer la cultura ambiental e integrar criterios de sostenibilidad en proyectos, procesos e iniciativas de innovación.
Lo que te hará exitoso…
· Licenciatura en Ingeniería Ambiental, Ingeniería en Desarrollo Sustentable, Ingeniería Química, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines.
· Experiencia de 6 a 7 años en posiciones de Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente (SHE/EHS) dentro de entornos industriales o manufactureros.
· Experiencia liderando auditorías ambientales y procesos de certificación, incluyendo ISO 14001, Industria Limpia u otros sistemas de gestión ambiental.
· Conocimiento sólido de legislación ambiental, normativas regulatorias, gestión de residuos, emisiones, agua y cumplimiento legal aplicable a operaciones industriales.
· Experiencia gestionando indicadores ambientales, proyectos de sostenibilidad y programas de mejora continua.
· Capacidad para liderar equipos, influir en múltiples áreas y relacionarse con autoridades regulatorias y organismos certificadores.
