Take end-to-end ownership of the B2B Credit vertical by designing and automating credit policies and underwriting engines. Monitor high-level credit KPIs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale credit products.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field and 3+ years of experience in B2B Credit Risk, Fintech, or Corporate Banking. Proficiency in SQL is required, with Python, R, and BI tool experience being highly desirable.

The position and your daily adventures
This is a full-time position based in our Mexico City office with a hybrid model, therefore we are looking forward to seeing you in our office 2-3 times per week.
About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical, strategic, and autonomous professional to take end-to-end ownership of our B2B Credit vertical. In this role, you will be the ultimate orchestrator of our B2B portfolio: balancing aggressive business growth with robust risk management.
You will not just monitor the portfolio; you will design, automate, and scale our credit policies, underwriting engines, and data infrastructure, acting as a key strategic partner for growth, data, and risk leadership.
