The Coffee Roaster is responsible for roasting coffee according to specific sensory profiles while ensuring production schedules are met. They must also maintain quality and safety protocols while minimizing wastage during the roasting process.
Candidates must be detail-oriented, physically capable of lifting 24 kg, and possess basic computer skills in MS Office. Applicants are required to have valid and unlimited working rights in Australia.

As a Campos Coffee Roaster, you’ll ensure that our coffee is roasted accurately and to schedule, to deliver consistent flavours and satisfy customer demands. This role is based at Campos HQ in Banksmeadow, where we roast our beans daily! You will be scheduled to work either a standard shift from Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, or a floater shift starting between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM and finishing between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM, depending on operational requirements. Flexibility is essential, and occasional (paid) overtime may be offered.
