Summary:
As a Test Automation Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. This role focuses on enhancing the overall testing framework by integrating advanced tools and methodologies that ensure greater control, precision, and data integrity. The position requires driving innovation in testing strategies, fostering predictive and intelligent automation solutions, and continuously improving the end-to-end quality assurance lifecycle to meet organizational goals and deliver superior product quality.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead initiatives to optimize testing processes and implement best practices across projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing strategies with business objectives.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Continuously evaluate emerging testing tools and technologies to recommend improvements.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality testing outcomes while managing resources effectively.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TOSCA Testsuite.
- Experience in designing and implementing automated test scripts using TOSCA Testsuite.
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and continuous integration processes.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and develop effective test strategies.
- Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in test execution and reporting.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in TOSCA Testsuite.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
