The Building Operator ensures the assigned property is managed and maintained for safety, environmental responsibility, and operational efficiency. Key duties include overseeing HVAC and mechanical systems, managing contractors, and responding to tenant service requests.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in commercial building operations and intermediate Microsoft Office skills. A valid driver's license, access to a reliable vehicle, and a criminal record check are required.

The Opportunity:
The Building Operator will be providing operational and technical support as a member of a building operations team in Calgary. The Building may be a sole operator of a building of moderate size and level of complexity as it relates to building systems and tenant demands. The primary objective of the Building Operator is to ensure that the assigned building or complex of buildings is being managed and maintained in a safe and environmentally responsible manner and to the highest level of operational efficiency.
