El KAM Access es responsable de liderar la estrategia de acceso y posicionamiento de las marcas en cuentas clave del sistema de salud, asegurando inclusión, disponibilidad y sostenibilidad del negocio en instituciones públicas y privadas.

Actúa como un socio estratégico de alto nivel, integrando visión comercial, conocimiento del sistema de salud y gestión de stakeholders para maximizar el acceso de los pacientes a los tratamientos.

Lo que necesitas para ser exitoso en nuestra compañia

• Mentalidad de dueño del negocio en sus cuentas
• Capacidad de combinar estrategia + ejecución
• Enfoque en acceso sostenible para pacientes
• Alta adaptabilidad a cambios del sistema

Experiencia 

• +3–5 años en la industria farmacéutica.
• Market Access
• Experiencia comprobada en manejo de cuentas complejas y negociación.

Conocimiento

• Sistema de salud colombiano (EPS, IPS, aseguramiento, rutas de acceso).
• Modelos de contratación y compra institucional.
• Procesos de inclusión y acceso de medicamentos.
