We are looking for a highly experienced professional to lead the design, implementation, and execution of Sales Training and Sales Force Effectiveness initiatives. This role is responsible for enabling the sales organization to maximize its performance through structured training programs, strategic insights, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement Sales Training and Sales Force Effectiveness strategies, including planning, development, and delivery of training programs to enhance the sales team's capabilities.
• Execute comprehensive training plans covering new hire onboarding, product training, and sales effectiveness programs.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance to assess the impact and effectiveness of training initiatives.
• Support the development and selection of learning materials and identify training needs across the sales organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales excellence through performance metrics, data analysis, customer segmentation, targeting, and coaching initiatives.

Skills & Competencies

• Subject matter expert with advanced knowledge in sales training and effectiveness gained through education and professional experience.
• Strong ability to manage large and complex projects independently with minimal supervision.
• Proven capability to identify process improvements and design effective solutions for complex business challenges.
• Ability to interpret internal and external business issues and recommend best practices.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and influencing skills.

Leadership & Management

• Individual contributor responsible for a critical area of expertise.
• May mentor or coach junior team members and provide guidance on processes and programs.
• Occasionally oversee small teams, including external consultants or project-based resources.

Stakeholder Management

• Build strong, trust-based relationships with internal teams and external partners.
• Influence and guide stakeholders on new approaches, practices, and solutions.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to leadership and key company stakeholders.
• Provide expert guidance to managers and employees across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (or equivalent experience).
• 8–12 years of relevant experience in sales training, commercial excellence, or similar roles.

Additional Requirements

• Availability to travel as required.
