As a Salesforce Revenue Cloud Senior Associate, you will engage directly with clients to deliver impactful solutions within our Technology Consulting practice. You will leverage your skills in Salesforce consulting to address complex business challenges, providing tailored solutions that drive client success. This role offers the chance to work closely with clients, building meaningful relationships and understanding their unique needs to deliver value.
As a Senior Associate, you will focus on relationship building and managing others, navigating complexity, and fostering personal growth. You will guide and mentor junior team members, using your skills to analyze complex concepts and anticipate client needs. Your role will involve interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations, maintaining professional standards, and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. Responsibilities
- Implementing Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions to optimize client business processes
- Managing systems project management tasks to validate timely delivery of Salesforce initiatives
- Developing training materials to support client understanding and adoption of Salesforce technologies
- Conducting technical consultations to address client needs and provide innovative solutions
- Utilizing analytical thinking to assess business models and recommend improvements
- Integrating enterprise software and IT infrastructure to enhance system functionality
- Supporting application software deployment and enterprise integration efforts
- Collaborating with teams to embrace change and drive technology innovation
- Engaging in requirements elicitation to define project architecture and budgeting needs
- Facilitating process standardization and technology implementation for seamless operations
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
