Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business and 12+ years of experience, including 5+ years in program management and 5+ years with the Department of War. An active Secret clearance is mandatory, with the ability to obtain TS/SCI/SAP.

In our Engineering and Support Solutions Directorate we are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead research and development programs on behalf of the Air Force customer. This individual will manage a large technically diverse team, fostering customer relationships, overseeing financials, cost, and schedule for a variety of projects and contracts. This position requires a leader with a proven track record of providing their staff growth opportunities by identifying, capturing, and winning new contract work in addition to on-contract growth to expand their portfolio and diversify our customer base.
