Buscamos un/a People & Labour Relations Specialist para convertirse en la persona referente en materia laboral dentro del equipo de People. Esta posición tendrá un papel clave garantizando el cumplimiento de la normativa laboral vigente y minimizando riesgos legales laborales.
Trabajarás de forma transversal con People, managers y asesores externos, contribuyendo a construir un entorno de trabajo sólido, seguro y alineado con la estrategia de negocio, combinando una visión legal rigurosa con una aproximación práctica y orientada a las personas.
Asesorar a managers y equipos en materia laboral.
Gestionar procesos disciplinarios y sancionadores.
Elaborar y revisar amonestaciones y comunicaciones laborales.
Gestionar procesos de despido y desvinculación.
Investigar conflictos laborales y proponer planes de actuación.
Dar soporte en mediaciones y resolución de conflictos.
Realizar seguimiento de cambios legislativos y evaluar su impacto en la organización.
Adaptar y actualizar políticas internas y procedimientos laborales.
Garantizar el cumplimiento del Convenio Colectivo TIC y de la normativa laboral aplicable.
Supervisar registros obligatorios y documentación laboral.
Dar soporte en la relación con el comité de empresa y delegados de personal.
Preparar documentación para reuniones y negociaciones.
Realizar seguimiento de acuerdos alcanzados.
Participar en procesos de negociación colectiva cuando sea necesario.
Coordinar actuaciones con abogados y asesores externos.
Gestionar la documentación requerida en inspecciones de trabajo.
Preparar información y documentación para procedimientos judiciales o litigios laborales.
Realizar seguimiento de reclamaciones y demandas laborales.
Revisar contratos laborales, anexos y acuerdos.
Dar soporte en procesos de movilidad internacional.
Asesorar internamente sobre permisos, excedencias, reducciones de jornada y medidas de conciliación.
Participar en iniciativas de transparencia salarial y política retributiva.
Colaborar en auditorías salariales.
Liderar o dar soporte a planes de igualdad.
Impulsar la implementación y seguimiento del protocolo LGTBI.
Gestionar iniciativas relacionadas con compliance en People y canal ético.
3-5 años de experiencia en Relaciones Laborales, HR Legal o posiciones similares.
Experiencia gestionando procedimientos disciplinarios, sanciones y despidos.
Valorable experiencia en empresas de más de 100 personas y entornos de alto crecimiento.
Grado en Relaciones Laborales, Derecho, o similar.
Valorable formación de posgrado en Relaciones Laborales.
Legislación laboral española y Estatuto de los Trabajadores.
