Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Assist in the end-to-end accounts receivable and collections process for all entities:
• Review and enter aggregator/gateway pay-out/revenue reports in Xero
• Reconcile payments from aggregators/gateways
• Issue and send sales invoices and enter them in Xero
• Prepare cash receipt forecasts
• Ensure timely receipt of receivables
• Complete month-end close procedures within deadlines:
• Prepare and post revenue accruals
• Prepare, post, and reconcile expense accruals and prepayments
• Prepare Consolidated Financial statements for group
• Prepare divisional Report
• Maintain and ensure compliance with finance and administration policies
• Prepare and Submit VAT Quarterly VAT returns
• Perform ad hoc finance and administration tasks as required, especially during audits and other reporting periods

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in a similar position
• (Working towards) a postgraduate qualification (ACCA, CIMA part-qualified, CPA, etc.) is a plus
• Fluent in English
• International exposure and adaptability
• Available for either 24 hours a week
