The Payroll Supervisor manages the calculation and administration of corporate and plant payroll activities to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory guidelines. Responsibilities include processing biweekly payroll, managing tax reports, and coordinating employee data across departments.
A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required. Candidates should have 4 to 6 years of position-related experience, with 6 to 8 years preferred.

The Payroll Supervisor Role
Provides a central source for the calculation and administration of corporate payroll activities. Ensures that the corporate payroll is calculated and complies with payroll policies and procedures and regulatory guidelines also supports plant payroll. Ensures all payroll related taxes and government requirements are met and in compliance with NSK internal policies. Assists in the financial department on any level, as needed. Ensures internal and external customers are serviced with a high level of quality. Supports upper management and implements new policies and procedures.
