The Merchandiser is responsible for stocking and arranging store shelves and displays to optimize brand visibility and drive sales. This includes physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy products and building point-of-sale displays.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. The role requires the ability to lift up to 180 lbs and a willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
SALARY: $21.89-$24.21 per hour (based on experience)
SHIFT: Friday-Tuesday: 6:00AM-3:00PM

The initial role will be a temporary assignment for the first 90 days, during which you'll have the opportunity to demonstrate your skills and contribute to the team. After successful completion of the probationary period, you will be considered for conversion to a permanent employee with full benefits.

Our Merchandising team engages our consumers by merchandising store shelves and displays with our globally recognized brands. A successful Merchandiser is passionate about the Anheuser-Busch brands, takes accountability to ensure Anheuser-Busch products are displayed in the best possible way to meet the needs of our consumers, and drives sales through impactful market execution. The Merchandiser work schedule may vary week over week based on scheduling needs.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
A physically demanding job – requires being on your feet entirety of shift, bending, twisting, stocking, fast-paced, and lifting up to 180 pounds
Other general merchandising tasks (e.g., building/transporting POS)
Responsible for having own reliable vehicle
Routes are designed with an 8-hour shift in mind. But overtime hours may be required as needed – we work until the job is done!

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be at least 18 years of age

Ability to lift, load, unload, and move products weighing up to 180 lbs. and fulfill all physical requirements of the job
Available and willing to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and/or holidays
