The Sales Coordinator serves as the operational backbone of the branch by managing rental requests, equipment logistics, and contract documentation. They ensure seamless operations by coordinating between customers, sales representatives, and service teams to maintain high fleet utilization and customer satisfaction.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or sales support and possess a valid driver's license. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, and the ability to pass a DOT physical and obtain a TWIC card is mandatory.

This position is based at our Jacksonville location and may require local travel. Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the possibility of overtime and participation in a rotating on-call schedule.
