The Mailroom Processing Associate is responsible for processing, sorting, and handling incoming and outgoing mail while maintaining workspace organization. They will also perform data entry, scan documents, and ensure quality control standards are met within a fast-paced environment.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Mailroom Processing Associate to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting our daily operations by handling mail processing tasks, maintaining workspace organization, and ensuring efficient workflow in a fast-paced environment. Paid training is provided, and all employees receive a comprehensive benefits package starting on Day 1.
Perform data entry tasks and navigate computer systems as required
Scan documents and complete Quality Control
Process, sort, and handle incoming/outgoing mail
Maintain compliance with the required clean desk policy, at all times.
Operate standard office and mailroom equipment
Accurately complete repetitive tasks with strong attention to detail
Lift and carry mail trays or boxes weighing up to 10–20 lbs. as needed
Maintain productivity and performance goals
Support general office and production tasks assigned

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated hourly rate for this role is $17.00.
