The Materials Clerk is responsible for distributing production and non-production items throughout the plant and managing warehouse shipping and receiving processes. This includes coordinating deliveries, generating purchase orders, and maintaining work area efficiency and safety standards.
Candidates must have a high school diploma, be at least 18 years old, and possess experience as a material handler with proficiency in warehouse software. Physical requirements include the ability to stand for 8-10 hours and lift 40+ lbs repeatedly.

• The Material Clerk under general supervision, distributes either production or non - production items and materials to various locations throughout the plant. Materials may consist of purchased parts, in process parts, or finished goods.
• This position is expected to perform a variety of tasks assigned in conjunction with the needs of the Materials and production or other departments.
• Tasks will vary by work area, and work assignments will change based on business demands, routine Job rotations will be required to support the Safety, Quality and Productivity Objectives
• The position is expected to perform the specified job duties within the allotted time, within the quality standards and prescribed methods.
• High school diploma
• 18 years or older
• Attention to detail
• Experience as a material handler
• Experienced with computers and Warehouse Software
Physical Requirements
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of internal company and external associates, both written and orally, including the telephone. Mobility within the work facility.
• Ability to stand 8+Hours
• Ability to bend, lift, reach and turn throughout the shift.
• Ability to distinguish colors (Not color Blind) due to need to determine temperature visually
• Visual Accuity for aligning and determine proper alignment.
• Ability to move freely and have sufficient reflexes to perform the same tasks repeatedly.
• Ability to stand 8 - 10 hours Daily
• Ability to lift 40+Lbs repeatably through the shift
• Breaks are Formalized, Scheduled and regulated due to the interconnectivity of the assembly line
