Lead the deployment and sustainment of the FLIGHT DECK lean operating model to drive continuous improvement across Avionics. Focus on enhancing operational efficiency and safety through value stream mapping, kaizen events, and the implementation of standard work procedures.
Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with at least 5 years of experience in lean transactional, engineering, or continuous improvement roles. A Master's degree and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification are highly desired.
