The Account Manager is responsible for directing and coordinating ground operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining high standards of safety and service. They also oversee personnel management, including hiring, training, and performance appraisals to ensure operational efficiency.
Candidates must have an associate degree or three to five years of related experience, along with strong people management and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, the ability to lift 50-70 lbs, and the ability to pass an airport badging process are required.
