We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and are currently looking for a flexible and hardworking person to join our Shipping and Receiving Office Team!
Hours – Friday to Sunday 5:00pm – 5:00am
Individuals will support the warehouse operations by effectively planning and coordinating customer orders for the warehouse operators according to established practices and daily shipping/receiving schedules.
Analyzes and coordinates the shipping and receiving schedules at assigned facility to determine if the scheduled workload can be handled using the available labor and inventory.
Communicate all operational issues to the Warehouse Supervisor and other appropriate personnel.
Maintains a general awareness of the warehouse management system capabilities and enhancements in order to promote workflow efficiencies.
Responsible for promoting a safe working environment and following safety rules and procedures.
Qualifications
High school or equivalent is required.
Minimum 1 year related work experience.
Must have good communications skills - both verbal and written.
Must have good organizational skills.
Must have strong computer skills and be very detail oriented.
Good math skills
Ability to work well with other people
Flexibility in work hours
