Worley Warehousing is hiring dependable, safety-focused Forklift Operators for our weekend shifts. Starting pay is $21.00 per hour, with the opportunity to earn up to $25.00 per hour during your first year through shift differentials, incentives, performance, and progression.

What You’ll Do
As a Forklift Operator, you will help keep products moving safely, accurately, and efficiently throughout the warehouse.
Responsibilities include
Operate forklifts and other job-required equipment safely
Follow established safety procedures and prescribed work methods
Unload inbound shipments and move products to designated storage locations
Stack and store merchandise efficiently and accurately
Inspect inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy and damage
Report product damage, shortages, and quality concerns
Pick and prepare products for shipment
Confirm that the correct quantity and type of product is loaded and shipped
Move products from staging and storage areas into trailers
Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Work with team members to meet customer service and productivity
QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For

Qualifications include
Forklift experience preferred, but not required
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to count, add, subtract, multiply, and divide
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Dependable attendance
High school diploma or equivalent
