El(La) Coordinador(a) de Proyectos II es responsable de planificar, coordinar y dar seguimiento a proyectos relacionados con Facilities y Servicios Generales, incluyendo limpieza, cafetería, seguridad, control de plagas y transporte, garantizando su ejecución exitosa dentro del alcance, cronograma, presupuesto y los requisitos de cumplimiento establecidos.

Esta posición colabora estrechamente con equipos multifuncionales, contratistas y proveedores de servicios para asegurar la correcta ejecución de los proyectos, gestionar las relaciones con clientes internos y promover una comunicación efectiva entre las partes involucradas. Requisitos indispensables:

Bachillerato en Educación Media (indispensable).
Experiencia mínima de 2 años en servicio al cliente y gestión de proveedores.
Nivel de inglés intermedio (B1–B2).
Manejo de Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint y otras aplicaciones).

Requisitos deseables:

Experiencia en control de inventarios (deseable).
Conocimiento en el uso de Ariba (deseable).

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

• Provides project or program support to a functional group or business process.
• Monitors program/project/system status, budgets and timetables.
• Applies knowledge of and experience in company operations to assist in the development, implementation and administration of program/system guidelines and procedures.
• Gathers and compiles information for reports.
• Provides technical support, which may include program/system training, program/system documentation, data extraction, data review, tracking and coding.

OFFICE SUPPORT CAREER STREAM: Individual contributors who provide organizational related support or service (administrative or clerical) for other members within the organization. The majority of time is spent in the delivery of support services or activities, typically under supervision.
